The Greater Dunkirk Council, located in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France, is a metropolitan area with a rich industrial and port heritage.
For several years, Dunkirk has set itself a target: to become the industrial territory of the future, successfully transitioning towards a low-carbon industry and the new energies of the 21st century as well as responding to the great climate, economic and social challenges of our time. True to the “Dunkirk spirit”, our region has known just how to anticipate, reflect on and initiate the implementation of these shifts.
