AI and New Media Art Exhibition
Description
For Vivatech 2024, Culttech has partnered with bitforms gallery, the leading gallery for new media art, to curate an exhibition with a range of world-class works from pioneers to present day artists working with AI :
Refik Anadol, Daniel Canogar, Claudia Hart, LaJuné McMillian, Manfred Mohr, Jonathan Monaghan, Obvious and Quayola.
Patrick Tresset is also presenting his participatory performance and installation, Human Study #1, where visitors will be invited to be sketched by robots, and paintings created using AI and robots.
Artworks on view bring forward a conversation between analogue and electronic media, results, and meaningful manifestations through the use of algorithmic modulation, generative animation and video, AI generated artwork from MRI scans, and the expanded borders and limitations of western technologies.
