Global ID has developed and patented multi-view finger vein biometric authentication in response for the need for even better FRR/FAR and hence greater population scalability. Achieving more reliable authentication over a larger population makes finger-vein authentication applicable to distributed, network-based authentication, while remaining applicable to local authentication.
