For the first time at VivaTech, ESIEE Paris is proud to present its cleanroom services (70% business, 30% R&D) with over 30 years of experience and innovation.
One of the main showcases will be diamond sensors benefiting from the outstanding properties of this material, including neuronal project implants (NEURODIAM ERC project), and now a diamond pilot line.
Discover also the double pilot line available both in 4 and 6-inch for R&D and pre-industrialization of MEMS and microsensors for the environment (air and water quality), microfluidics, optics, biology and health (Pro-6Po SESAME Filières, co-funded by Région Ile-de-France).
